*Duration: 6+ Months Contract*



*Messaging / O365 / Skype Analyst*

             Provide level III support for all on premise and cloud
messaging solutions, work with internal and external customers to bring
resolution to Incidents, Requests and Changes.

             Support and sustain all upgrades related to the delivery of
email services, including email security, email data classification
marking, smart phone email connectivity, and email archiving.

             Create and maintain diagrams and documentation of all
responsible environments, to include:

o             System Architecture & Topology

o             Technology Roadmaps and Lifecycle Planning

o             Disaster Recovery Plan and Test Script(s)

o             Systems Standards and Governance

o             Processes, Roles and Responsibilities, to include KB articles
and Frontline support references

             Research new technologies, hardware, assist with testing, and
implementation.

             Identify and escalate high priority service issues or
concerns and drive resolution.

             Define monitoring strategy for the systems to ensure
availability targets are met (99.95%).

             Monitor, tracks and report system metrics (SLA’s) and take
proactive steps to plan system improvements to meet SLA’s.

             Communicates and mentors with peers, and junior staff through
system and technology changes.

             7-10 years of progressing responsibility for IT
Infrastructure with 4 -5 Years Senior Experience in an environment using
On-Premise Exchange, Office365, and Skype for Business.

             Experience with Ironport and Microsoft EOP Mail Gateway
solutions

             Advanced level PowerShell scripting abilities to support
existing and “green field” scripts for Skype, Office 365 and Exchange.

             Required to participate in on-call rotation.

             ITIL Foundations Certification
