OH *area currently has *Maximo Consultant *role that they are looking to
fill. Here are the details on the role.
*JD:*
* Technical Consultant:*
• Must have good in-depth knowledge of Maximo Asset management
v7.5 or higher. Prior experience in Maximo 7.6 Upgrade or implementation
will be preferable
• *Java, JSP, J2EE, Oracle/ PL SQL*; with development experience
in *core Java* with Maximo Asset Management product V7.5 or above
• Hands on experience in MBO, Field attributes, bean class
customization and Automation Scripting
• Must have very good knowledge of *Maximo integration framework*.
• Must have designed and developed *interfaces between Maximo and
ERP/ Purchasing systems* using *Maximo integration framework.*
• Hands on experience in developing *custom user exits (Java and
Stored procedure).*
• Hands on experience in developing *custom Cron tasks in Maximo*.
• Experience in Application designer, DB configuration, Workflow
designer.
• Hands On Experience in *Automation scripting*
• Knowledge of *JMS queues.*
• Good knowledge of *Oracle database*. Ability to develop
advanced *SQL queries,* create *PL/SQL* objects.
• Experience in using *IBM WebSphere* application server for
deployment.
• Very good knowledge of Work management, Inventory and
purchasing modules in Maximo.
*Key responsibilities *
· Take transition from customer on existing system functionality
· Prepare system document of understand for applications
· Document user scenario and test cases for system testing
· Debug production issues and provide solution to resolve the
issues including root cause analysis, code changes, data fix and/or data fix
· Work with business users to gather requirements for enhancements
request, do analysis and provide estimation for required changes.
· Analysis and debugging of application to resolve customer issues
· Communication with customer and different application team to
resolve issues
· Work code changes required for bug fixes and enhancement work
· Perform application testing before migration of changes to UAT
followed by production
· Provide user support during UAT
· Provide warranty support for changes migration in production
· Develop and share work status report.
