"This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets.
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals
throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages: ETL
solutions, such as Ab Initio (strongly desired), Informatica, DataStage.
Understanding of software skills such as development, business
analysis, support, maintenance and software improvement.
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture
disciplines.
Experience in UNIX and/or AIX operating environment and UNIX shell
scripting is required.
Strong knowledge on database concepts and SQL.
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals
throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
Working experience as Agile developer and good understanding of SDLC
methodologies/guidelines.
Knowledge on any Data profiling or Data quality tool is preferred.
Knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages like Java/Scala.
Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop/HIVE/Spark."
