*Technical/Functional Skills -MUST **HAVE SKILLS:* 1. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM Platform both as Administrator and Developer 2. Life science industry knowledge with Pharma R&D process knowledge is preferred 3. Experience in SFDC Development using Apex classes, Triggers, Visual force, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL 4. Experience in SFDC Administrative task like profiles, Roles, Users, page Layouts, Email services, Approvals Workflows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboard, Task and events. 5. Experience in analyzing Business requirements, entity relationship, and converting to salesforce custom object, Lookup relationship, junction objects, and master-detail relationship. 6. Experience in designing custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates. 7. Experience in data migration through data loader. 8. Hands on experience with Apex language, Apex Class, Apex Test Methods, Apex web services, Visualforce page, Visualforce component and controllers. 9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support 10. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently *Roles:* ● Perform development work in Salesforce-based application. ● Work on multiple, concurrent projects that have an enterprise-wide impact. ● To ensure a quality product is delivered that meets the business requirements, define processes and workflows as well as develop and conduct test strategies for QA, UAT, including plans and test cases ● Troubleshoot issues with applications, works with appropriate resources to resolve them.
