We have opening for UX Architect /Usability Analyst/Interaction Designer *Job Title: UX Architect /Usability Analyst/Interaction Designer* *Location:* *Iselin, NJ* *Duration: Long Term Contract* *Job Description:* *Required Technical Skill Set:* - User centered design methodologies, usability principles, mock-ups and prototypes creation. User research and user testing. Information architecture. - Experience in Axure RP, iRise or any rapid wireframing/prototyping tool. - Added Advantage – Hands on experience with eye tracking tools like Tobii, Morea etc. for Usability testing and user behavior analysis. - *Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):* - Strong practical knowledge of UCD methodologies, Heuristic Analysis, Expert reviews, Cognitive walkthroughs, Strong knowledge of creation of Persona & Scenario, story-boarding, IAs, user journeys, task flows. - Primary and secondary research. And knowledge of Usability testing methods. - Strong communication, presentation skill and Negotiation skill. - Strong ability to convince client on UX approach and deliverables. - Must be worked in agile methodologies for executing UX deliverables. - Front end development knowledge. Visual design sense and principles. - Research papers published if any. *Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:* - Requirement gathering & understanding, heuristic reviews, Persona creation & Scenario definition, User journey creation, Produce wireframes & prototypes. - A deep understanding of current design trends, and desire to innovate. - Capability to take strong UX decisions and put forward thoughts like consultants. - Ability to take responsibility and independently deliver world class and contemporary user experience for web/mobile/kiosks etc. - Capability to communicate with clients, and collaborate with the project team. - To work with multidisciplinary team members.
