*Must have Qualifications and Skills: * • BA or BS or equivalent experience. • Certification in Project Management PMP, CAPM, or others. • Certification in Agile Methodology – PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, PSM, SAFe SA, or others • Previous banking experience. • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. *Role/Responsibilities:* This position will assist in managing the Loan IQ Syndication Platform Project. Specifically, the position will have a primary focus to serve as the point of contact for communication and issue resolution, as well as accountability for all aspects of project delivery. The project manager follows the standards, methodologies, polices and processes established through the project manager and Project Management methodology. The project manager role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines; business process modeling, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and bank operations. The role requires ability to manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large scale projects, review high level deliverables, minimize high level scope and risk. • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. • Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects. The project manager may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects in a fastpaced environment that may cross multiple business divisions. Within a team, play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team. • High level of knowledge and experience in traditional project management principles, and practices with both waterfall and agile development approaches. • Assist project teams by holding them accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members. • Analyze and control project expenses carefully throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure proper project funding. ------------------------------ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
