Accepts OPT candidates if they are genuine. * * Mandatory: CloudPlatform experience* *Job Description*: · Provide an exceptional on-site customer experience for our clients. · Daily management and administration of Linux & Windows hosted VM’s · Administration of KVM, XenServer & VMWare ESX Hypervisors, along with Apache CloudStack management · Intermediate and advanced support for web & database servers, applications, and end-users · Support and administration of backup & disaster recovery solutions · Assist in the maintenance of customer datacenter operations as needed · Shared responsibility of after-hours on-call duties as assigned · Support and administration of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop server farm *Required/Mandatory Skills:* · Ability to use critical thinking and apply to problem solving skills · Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are a must · Advanced knowledge of Apache Cloudstack / CloudPlatform · Intermediate to strong competency with SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and FTP · Intermediate to strong skills with Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP · Intermediate to advanced LAN/WAN knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities · Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Windows Server and Active Directory · Intermediate to advanced Powershell scripting capabilities · Must be a quick learner with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment It's a direct client requirement.
