Our client is seeking a consultant for a yearlong engagement in which
he/she will be responsible for cluster management and administration in a
dev/ops environment. Requirements for this hardware/software technology
company include:
• Hands-on cluster management and Linux systems
administration, working with hardware, doing changes/adds/check-outs
• Experience working with cluster management
systems; prior Bright Cluster Manager (BCM) or ACE is strongly desired
• Experience with RedHat and/or CentOS, rolling
out new products and/or versions as well as understanding impacts of
changes, porting and/or testing internal systems to identify and resolve
any gaps to ensure ongoing functionality
• Jenkins experience, particularly in setting
up automated frameworks
• Skilled in the Atlassian tools including
Jira, Stash, and BitBucket
• Experience working with GIT repositories
• Agile experience is a plus, while strong
communication and collaboration skills are a must
