Title: PHP Technical lead
Duration: 3 Months Contract 2 Hire
Location: Dallas TX
* Job Description:*
Technical lead with hands on experience *developing web applications*
Lead the team technically helping them with design, architecture, coding
and review.
Develop quick prototypes for spike or loose design story.
Lead, mentor & coach an excellent group of young and passionate developers.
Work closely with the product owner, and other stakeholders to flush out
stories
Create project specific documents including architecture, deployment, and
planning documents.
Responsible to production deployment and maintaining high code quality.
*Requirement:*
Minimum 5 years of software development experience in a professional setting
Minimum of 2-3 years of *experience as a Tech lead*
Minimum 3-5 years working in an *Agile environment*.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in *ReactJS & Python*
Experience with *AWS i*s highly desired.
Excellent communication/ Skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Full stack development experience in the following technologies
PHP, WordPress, MySQL environment.
Behavior driven development
*AWS development* experience is highly desirable
