BIDW Tester (Business intelligence data warehouse Tester)
Location: - Seattle Client: - T-Mobile Visa: - H1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC and USC Note: - Looking for strong 10+ years profile · Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business matter process and data supporting it • Select the most efficient testing approach for each release • Participate in design discussions, estimating testing effort, create Mater Test Plan • Create and execute test cases, implement automation, test performance • Work with development team to ensure high quality code drops, leading triages • Support end-user during the User Acceptance Testing • Work with other groups to ensure successful code deployment in production. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in shipping high quality products • 5+ years software testing although 5 + years of development and design experience is preferred • Strong programming & design skills (T-SQL, C VB.Net) • Knowledge of the Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack is a plus; e.g. SQL Analysis Service (SSAS), Integration Service (SSIS), SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Reporting tools (Excel, ProClarity, PowerPivot), Data Mining, or related DW technologies ( ETLs and MDX queries • Strong analytical skills /critical thinking and attention to details • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and software lifecycle methodologies • Proven record and demonstration of handling complex test projects • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a proven track record of working well with counterparts in all disciplines • Experience with Perf/Stress/Scale/Reliability Testing is a strong plus. • Ability to troubleshoot issues and formulate recommendations clearly • Prior experience shipping customer/business intelligence programs • Ability to perform system-wide root cause analysis • Team player and driven towards self-improvement, development, and achievement • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and dedication to quality • Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision making skills • Ability to succeed in ambiguous environment and tight deadlines • Ability to manage own work tasks and schedule, balance multiple tasks, must be able reprioritize tasks as priorities shift, drive meetings, drive projects • Must have a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment • BA in Computer Science or Engineering, and / or experience with testing preferred Thanks & Regards Bob b...@nexwaveinc.com Direct: 940-229-5980 www.nexwaveinc.com 488 N Main Street,Suite #216, Alpharetta, GA,30009 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
