*Hope You are doing Great !* *Please find Below Mentioned Job description.* *ServiceNow Admin/Developer with SSCM Exp* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *6+ Months* *ALL Visa ( Please No OPT )* *Need Passport Number – H1B, H4 EDA, GC EAD,* *As the Configuration Process Manager, specific responsibilities include:* - Establish Service Now CMDB as the source of truth for CI information, and ensure users and CPI processes have access to accurate, timely and actionable data - Finalize data imports into the CMDB from Service Now Discovery, SCCM, BDNA Technopedia, etc.; rationalize, normalize and plan data cleanup where appropriate - Apply best practices for organizing and discovering complex infrastructure environments to place them with business services into the CMDB, providing value to ITSM processes, Service Owners and customers - Understand concepts of asset reconciliation; Advise the Asset Management team regarding the asset to CI relationships, asset categorization, asset types and data rules - Ownership of Configuration Management Policy and Processes; Including compliance and audits - Managing the day to day activities of the process and maturing it by establishing organizational priorities for continual improvement - Delivers CMDB Health metrics and other reporting needs - Chairs the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and enacts changes as directed *Requirements* § Four year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience § Five+ years of overall IT experience, preferably deploying, maintaining, implementing CMDB tool to map IT assets, hardware and application in an enterprise organization § Two+ years working experience with Service Now CMDB; Discovering data center inventory, relationships and business services mapping § Experience in the build and implementation of a CMDB in a complex environment; reflective of a global IT Infrastructure services organization with multiple service providers § Experience in the relationship between Assets and Configuration items; understanding where each fit in the lifecycle § Experience interacting directly with business leadership is required § Solid understanding of IT operations principles, constructs and best practices § Experience managing service delivery utilizing ITIL v3 best practices Experience managing professional services partners in an outsourced/off shore environment *Cordially,* *Anchit Bajpai* *Technical Recruiter* *Quantum World Technologies Inc.* *199 West Hillcrest Dr Suite # 0112, Thousand Oaks CA – 91360* *www.quantumworld.us <http://www.quantumworld.us/>* *Office: 805-222-0532 Ext-338* *Fax : 805-834-0532* *E: *[email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
