Four (4) years of Microsoft and/or VMware experience managing medium to large data centers and multi-site environments. b. Exchange Server 2016 experience required. c. VMware Certified Professional 6.x and Data Center Virtualization required. d. Certification preferred (MCSE, VCP-DCV, CCNA, etc.). e. Experience with VEEAM Backup/Restore application preferred. f. Experience with VMware Horizon environments preferred. g. Experience with Mimecast email archiving desirable. h. Willing to document processes and tasks. i. Ability to easily communicate with all levels of personnel and management. j. Ability to self-direct, prioritize work assignments, etc. *SCOPE OF WORK* Resources shall act as additional staff members on the Client IT Network Services team, specifically to support customer requests in the category of “network infrastructure support.” This may include any of the following: a. Maintain Exchange 2016 on premise email environment. b. Maintain VMware version 6.7 on premise environment. c. Configuration and troubleshooting data center networking technologies including HP blade enclosures and vSphere. d. Configure and maintain VEEAM backup/restore environment. e.
