The MC IT Analyst will identify and capture marketing business needs, document user stories, develop and test solutions in Marketing Cloud. This role is extremely customer/business facing (in marketing) yet highly technical requiring strong applied experience in the Marketing Cloud platform. Applicant should have experience building email templates in content builder, working with AmScript, applying personalization strategies, building and testing journeys in Journey builder, as well as building, testing & working with data extensions. This role is a liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges and working with vendor, development teams and the business to find resolutions. You will be able to translate business needs and assess the data required to launch campaigns and emails to different segments using various techniques (filtering, queries).
