- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotech manufacturing processes and/or
manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with MES systems such as Werum PAS-X, Syncade and Aspen
Tech
*Experience Required*
- Working knowledge of IT applications and/or hardware utilized within
Pharma Manufacturing operations
- Knowledgeable of Parenteral Products manufacturing
- Working knowledge of IT Life Cycle management, IT Business Process
Model, S95 model, LSEF, and other IT processes
- Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and
spoken English
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, & process improvement skills
*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Work in partnership with the Global IT team and site representatives
to understand business needs and implement innovative solutions to add
value to the site while maintaining computer systems in a validated state
- Identify and implement technical requirements resulting in appropriate
technology, application, process, solution, and information solutions and
continually grow depth in one or more technologies, tools, methodologies,
and/or concepts
- Author new product recipe tickets or modify existing tickets as per
business process change
- Participate in Business Review for updated/created tickets
- Evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical
requirements
- Resolve challenging technical issues via break-fix testing, trouble
tickets, and/or change requests
- Produce and maintain project documentation as required
- Exchange technical information with colleagues and onshore/offshore
technical resources
- Support and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end
user training and/or procedures
- Assure technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory
policies
- Assure technology best practices include use of feedback and
monitoring to enhance the state of control of delivered solutions
- Use standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis,
design, construct, and test activities
- Modify existing systems or integrates packaged systems with existing
infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Mentor others on the Analyst – IT - Technologist role
- Resolve incidents (TTs) and change requests (CRs) within committed
service levels
- Collect relevant information required to resolve incidents raised by
business partners or system users
*Generic Managerial Skills*
- Resource should be quick learner and self-driven; capable of working
with client partners to meet strategic Objectives
*Education*
Bachelor Degree required. Master degree preferred.
