Role: - SAP Basis Consultant Location: - Milpitas, CA Client: - western digital Rate on C2C:- $60-$65/hr ( Please don't go beyond) Visa status:-H1b, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC and USC Note:- As per client request, I want passport number for H1B candidate Applicants must be experienced in leading the delivery of key aspects of projects within the area of SAP BASIS and SAP HANA and must demonstrate a proven work track record to enable the following key responsibilities of the role: - Ability to plan, implement, upgrade, migrate and optimize of SAP systems on-Premise and on-Cloud. - Interact and coordinate with senior management at a client and/or within the team on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. - Installation and configurations of various SAP products like SAP Modules SD, MM, WM, PP, HR/HCM, FICO, PM, BI, etc. - Participate in the development and execution of SAP landscape strategies. - Ability to plan, manage and communicate system maintenance activities and resolution of problem tickets. - Should support system health checks and proactive maintenance. - Monitor activities like system status, analyze system logs, system traces, ABAP dumps, SAP System Buffers, and workload analysis. - Identify, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - Assists with understanding new prospect needs and providing knowledge of best practice processes. Assist with coordinating and delivering demonstrations either remotely or on customer site. - Understand the customer market and business processes within the designated area and provide appropriate advice and support. - Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. - Strong critical thinking skills, including system and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution. - Ability to understand technical concepts of the system environment and relate them to business processes. *Qualifications, Experience, and Mandatory Skills Required:* - Minimum 9+ years of experience in SAP BASIS configuration and 3 full life-cycle project implementation experience with SAP HANA. - Proven track record of delivering SAP upgrades, migrations, and other BASIS related projects. - Experience in Configured Central user administration-CUA and defined the RFCs for child systems. - Experience in backup/Restore/Recovery of SAP/Oracle installations, Server Monitoring, and optimizing techniques. - Resolves and/or properly address customer requests/incidents regarding software or reporting toolset. - Excellent analysis and design skills and troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. - Strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services. - Prior experience in Deep SAP Product and architectural knowledge. - Prior experience in Real world SAP HANA Experience. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills, customer service.
