Provide Bench top software support for end users and to assist with new
technology deployments.
Proficiency in Support work which includes troubleshooting tickets,
creating change requests and ITIL based processes.
Knowledge of Lab instrument interface.
Exposure to networks & communication protocols such as RS232
Experience in connecting Serial *devices like Balances, pH meters,
Tiltrotors* etc.
Requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound
judgment and the ability to work effectively with *Business Analysts,
Software Developers, and customers.*
Very good oral and written communication skills.
