My name is *Harish Karnala* and I am a

recruiter* with *United Software group*. One of my clients in the *Aubrun
Hills, MI* area currently has *SAP FICO Consultant *that they are looking
to fill. Here are the details on the role
SAP FICO
Location: Aubrun Hills, MI
6 + Months
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partnering with third party professional services vendor,
Volkswagen IT and business to understand the current business processes and
archiving project needs
• Support SAP archiving project initiative by performing the
cross functional analysis of the SAP FI, Controlling, Material Ledger open
documents and propose functional and technical solution for successfully
complete the SAP document archiving
• Support SAP archiving project initiative for Archiving the
table logs, IDOCs and Workflow work items
• Perform detailed requirements gathering/documentation,
conceptual design/prototyping and functional testing in support of new ABAP
development tasks to close the opened documents for SAP archiving based on
analysis and approval from VW Business
• Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration
security tests
• Design, configure and test SAP systems in line with agreed
timeframes, business requirements and VW development standards
• The work is based at Auburn Hills, MI and consultant need to
onsite Monday-Friday. Travel to Ajax Canada and Herndon, Virginia may be
required – not to exceed 10% of consultant’s time.
*Key Requirements:*
• Knowledge of SAP archiving technology and experience with SAP
archiving best practice methodologies is required
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years ABAP Programming in the R/3 ECC 6.0 environment
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP FI/CO, MM module
is required
• Experienced in requirement analysis, business process design,
SAP FI/CO and MM configuration, cross module integration, formal
application testing strategies, cut over strategies, incident handling
procedures and post go live support will be an added advantage
• IDOC, Workflow and Interface experience is must
