*Manager Notes:*

Strategic projects in flight, one of those being a new core banking system
which will restructure the business reporting.  We are looking for
individuals that have a strong background in SSRS, strong analytical skills
and attention to detail, and able to effectively communicate. Please note
that our primary focus is to find an individual that has knowledge and
~3yrs relevant experience developing SSRS reports.

*Position Purpose:*

Responsible for development of SSRS or QlikSense reports in accordance with
business requirements.  Report Developer role will review documented report
specifications, clarify requirement ambiguity, develop report output, and
unit test the reports to confirm data accuracy.  Report Developer may also
participate in QA or UAT testing as requested.



*Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks:*

·         Works with Business Intelligence Analysts, internal customers,
and external consulting teams to understand reporting requirements.

·         Provides recommendations to the internal customers with reporting
choices based on future-state reporting needs.

·         Develop SSRS or QlikSense reports as assigned.

·         Unit test reports to confirm data accuracy.

·         Support QA and UAT testing as assigned.

·         Support and train business users on reports and overall HUB data
content.

·         Ensures reporting solution development is documented in
accordance with Data and Reporting Team standards.

·         Complete knowledge transfer to Bank staff upon report completion.

*Qualifications:*

·         Knowledge/experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

·         Strong analytic skills.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Knowledge/experience with SQL queries and Business Intelligence
concepts.

·         Hands on experience developing visualization dashboard using
Qliksense or Tableau preferred.

·         Previous working experience with Microsoft Excel/Access VBA
scripting.

   - Able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration
   and communication.
   - Able to influence without authority.
   - Excellent oral and written communication and planning skills.
   - Able to work independently and collaborate with people at all levels.

·         Ability to positively engage, self-motivate and possess a strong
desire to learn.
