*Job Title: Scrum Master *
*Location: Green Bay WI *
*Duration: 12+ Months *
- Looking for a scrum master with experience in Agile methodologies and
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be a full time scrum master shared by multiple teams.
- Lead the agile ceremonies that are relevant to the effective and
productive execution of a Product Delivery team.
- Assist with cross team coordination and remove impediments to the
team’s progress.
- Participate in backlog grooming and facilitate sprint planning.
Schedule and facilitate the team retrospectives.
- Track progress of work with metrics & action plans. Ensure work is
planned and executed according to plan.
- Create per sprint and ad-hoc reports for Leadership.
- Adhere to SOX compliance requirements.
- Owns the sprint along with the Product Owner, Tech lead and System
analyst.
- Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Must have:
- Experience working on CA Agile Central (Formerly Rally)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related
experience
- Training and certification in Agile software development practices.
