Technical skills: - OBIEE/BI apps ( Financials, SCM and manufacturing) - SQL - ODI administration - Tableau development - Data modeling and Data warehouse architecture - Integration with Demantra, Sales force, Hyperion Essbase and EBS Good to have: - Hyperion Essbase - Tableau Server Soft skills: - Good communication skills to interact with business users and across tech teams - Experience in coordinating with global teams - Training and internal UAT documentation - Perform quality assurance and monitor data for accuracy - Bachelor degree in Information Technology(IT), Computer Science or related field or equivalent to related training,certification, and professional years of work experience - Master degree in an IT field is preferable - 7+ years of IT Software development and support - 4+ years of experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and complex reporting technologies - Experience developing solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition - Experience extending OBIEE Apps to include additional data sources including Oracle E-Business Suite and custom database tables - Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed - Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills - Organized and detailed oriented - Monitor and administer automated and manual data integration and ETL jobs to verify execution and measure performance; Build reports to audit, monitor & validate data warehouse job - Build and implement high performance ELT (Extraction, Load and Transform) process flows using appropriate ODI components to load packages for data warehousing. Debug mappings to resolve code issues.
