Then do the estimation for the requirements and also plan development activities. • Designing, Developing, Testing and Implementing high performance and high availability enterprise applications • Scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code and deliver with speediness and quality. • Conducting Impact Analysis, creating technical Specifications as per the high level design and creating unit test plans to develop, validate and maintain the application as per the business requirements. • Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wise critical programs. • Creating program specifications and load test plans for software programs by studying functional, non-functional requirements and the architecture. • Lead team members in execution and release of builds using continuous integration and deployment using current CICD applications and processes. • Use Agile Methodologies like Test Driven Development, SCRUM, and Pair Programming to develop the applications. Actively participates in a Scrum environment, iterate quickly, and contribute toward key goals. Participate in Sprint Retro, PSI and Story refining sessions • Optimizing applications for better performance, maintainability and operational efficiency. • Analyze and fix various production incidents with root-cause analysis.
