*Location :: Boston, MA* *Mode of hire: Contract(W2/C2C)* *Duration :: 6+Months Contract * *Client :: Capgemini * *Rate :: $60/hr on C2C(all inclusive) * *Job Description: * - Hands on Sale-force (APEX and other supporting areas) in the CRM platform. - Provides expertise in effective operations of Salesforce including - Proactive recommendations on keeping lights on for production on platform - Understanding of managing and maintaining the integrity of data on platform - System configurations for effective process maintenance - Communication ability is a must this means, being eloquent being client ready and also being able to anticipate (or connect the dots) associated with the asks. - Versed in performing platform analysis to effectively understand and address system issues. - Prior experience in being a client confidant to work with Salesforce on issues, enhancement, and upgrades. - Prior experience in managing direction and support to other developers and ability to work with team based out of off-shore locations specially in India. - Extensive knowledge of SF service cloud and related topics objects: Account, Case, Contact etc. - Hands on SF admin experience. - Familiar with SF and contact center integrations. *Minimum Experience * - 4 years in SF application with a production support mentality - Hands on developer in SF. - General business knowledge on how SF fits with other applications. - Highly self-driven (in other words doesn’t need to be pushed reminded to act on things) should be able to do this on their own. - Excellent expert knowledge of SF platform. *Atulit Tripathi* US: 678-496--7809 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
