*Title: Informatica Developer (production support)*

• Provide ongoing production support and maintenance of information systems
as assigned.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions either
one-on-one or to groups, including formal presentations and regular status
to management and business partners.
• As well as evolve & improve internal processes including but not limited
to incident, problem and change management.
• Identify areas for improvement, present recommendations and champion
changes. Keep apprised on industry best practices.
• Responsible for ensuring internal quality assurance review, post
implementation support, and risk mitigation plans.
• Participate in an 24x7 on call rotation, ability to flex hours as demand
warrants, including weekend work. Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Experience with Unix Scripting including creating and maintaining mid to
advance level scripts used for automation and operational maintenance.
• Experience with major database management systems, e.g. SQL
• Experience creatively debugging complex system problems spanning entire
hosting stack (application, server, communication channels, networking
components, etc), resulting in problem determination and restoration
through thorough research and fact finding.
• Strong communication skills are required to facilitate meetings with both
technical and business audiences, often across multiple functional
departments.
• Be able to exhibit decisiveness and good judgment, even in ambiguous
circumstances.
• The successful candidate will have a wide breadth of knowledge with any
of the below skillsets.

• Experience proficiently working on all phases of SDLC.
