Role: - Data analyst Location: - Redmond WA Client: - Microsoft (Non- Managed) ROLE DESCRIPTION: PRODUCT ANALYTICS SUPPORT *Contractor responsibilities: * • Quantify and regularly report on product usage and engagement trends • Clarify queries stakeholders have on product metrics • Share analysis with product owners and relevant stakeholders *Skills & experience:* • *2-5* years of product management or business analytics or data science experience. Direct experience with program development and maintenance, and familiarity with product analytics tools and metrics required. • *Detail-oriented*. Extremely detail-oriented with an eye to quality, program hygiene (e.g., ensuring regular data maintenance), and on-time delivery (e.g., ability to meet deadlines). • *Data and statistics fluency*. Use scientific methods, processes, and systems to validate knowledge and insights from existing product metrics • *Problem solver*. Comfortable with and responsive to ambiguous and ad hoc demands. Candidates should thrive under pressure and be capable of synthesizing complex challenges and developing thoughtful solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
