We have an urgent requirement. *Role: *Data Architect *Location: *Denver, CO * Duration: *12+ months *Job Description * · This role is expected to have excellent technical abilities, adaptability to new technology, decision making, leadership, and strong communication skills. · This position exists to evolve architecture, data design standards, best practices, developments, optimizations, tests, and deployments for the Trails database. · Primary (70%) job responsibility: · Prototype and develop re-usable data solutions and patterns to enable faster access to data assets for the support of Trails application and all related interfaces · Design logical and physical data models, create metadata definitions, and source-to-target mapping · Analyze & profile business data on relational and Big Data Environment · Identify technology risks early and establish mitigation plans · Leverage, practice and support Agile software development practices · Work in a cross-functional environment and ability to work with minimal supervision · Point of contact for requirements coordination and data solution delivery · Work with the business teams, SMEs, and developers to facilitate speedy response and delivery · Responsible for mentoring and training junior data developer in the team · Work exp, 8+ years demonstrated real world experience in: · Advance knowledge and experience in all aspects of data systems (traditional, a plus for Big Data) including database design, ETL, aggregation strategy, performance optimization · Hands-on development experience with Oracle · Strong SQL experience with the ability to develop, tune and debug complex SQL applications is required · Understanding of best practices for building and designing ETL code · Expertise in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex data is required · Data Governance / Data Management covering topics such as Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Security, Metadata, Data Retention · Skills, advance knowledge and experience in all aspects of data systems: · Oracle · SQL, PL/SQL · Database design/modeling/development/analysis/reporting · ETL · Aggregation strategy · Database performance optimization · Nice to have: · Experience in Human Services sector is preferred · SQL Server · ERwin · MongoDB · .NET · GKE · Experience with Human Services · Experience developing applications on Big Data platform for both batch and real time ingestion · Education: • BS of STEM major (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) from an accredited school by U.S. Department of Education Thanks, Amar Email/Hangouts: amar.reals...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
