*Job Description:*
*Mandatory Skill-*
- Must have 6+ years of experience for GIS business analyst
- GIS - ESRI, ArcFM10.6.1,
- ESRI-Utility network
- ArcFM Web
- Excellent knowledge on design architectures & solutions for cloud
based projects.
- Good knowledge of Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Geodatabase - ArcSDE with Oracle, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of geospatial and mapping concepts such as spatial
analysis, map projections, etc.
- Strong Energy and Utility domain knowledge
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Good in writing business requirements, defining workflows, and
preparing presentations
*Preferred Skills:*
- Esri Geodatabase (SDE) Administration
- Esri Portal / ArcGIS Online,
- Esri Technical Certifications – Developer/Enterprise
- ETL informatica , FME Workbench, FME Server & Administration
- Good writing skills to be able to effectively document system
components, such as system architecture, data flow, operations,
software
installations and support.
*Secondary skills:*
- Experience with Database customization and Application customization.
- Experience with general data manipulation/automation with GIS or
database extract/translate/load tools, specifically Safe Software FME and
ArcGIS Python.
*Job Roles/Responsibilities:*
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions;
gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts, diagrams and screen mockups
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Demonstrate software applications to clients/prospects
- Develop and execute software test plans
- Lead and mentor other resources to provide solution
- Analysis and find gaps for GIS migration.
- Analyze and design for Esri WebApp, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
and customize ESRI products.
- Provide client centric consulting solutions, coaching and
guiding key and senior client stakeholders on complex business issues
and
providing transformative guidance in the retail digital domains.
- Solid IT industry understanding and experience in leading
transformation engagements within Energy & Utilities domain.
