Ø Able to interact with SMEs, customers, Project Managers understand and explain design gaps. Ø Able to generate in the system design. Comfortable in technical communication both verbal as well as written. Ø Should take ownership of the task, troubleshoot issues, hands on software programming experience, ready to mentor Junior developers. Ø Strong experience in Javascript, Angular or React- any UI framework in essence Ø Solid experience in Core Java, spring/Hibernate or any back end technology Ø Solid experience in SQL Server, Oracle or any relational database Ø Should be able to create Screen proto types, guide team on potential design, Cross browser computability.
