*Role: Java Tech Lead* Location: Atlanta, GA *Job Description:* Need Profiles with Banking or Payments experience also need the Candidates to have experience handling offshore/onshore teams. *Must Have Skills: *Core java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot framework, Publishing & consuming the REST/SOAP services *Desired Skills: *Banking Domain and Payments Domain experience, Agile experience, Knowledge on Micro services and CI/CD *Job Roles / Responsibilities:* - Hands on experience in Core java, Spring Framework. - Must have experience with Spring Boot framework - Hands on experience in publishing & consuming the REST/SOAP services - Associate is required to interface with client effectively and gather the requirements. - Participate in solutioning and architecture discussions and decisions and prepare design documents and develop code. - Manage the team and deliverables. Closely work with Architects, BA and PMs. - Participate in code review and guide the team in right direction. - Participate in release cycle, ensuring change request raised and track for approval. - Participate in load testing and review the observation and recommend any tuning. - Knowledge on Banking Domain and Payments systems is preferred. - Agile Methodology is must.
