Location: Texas Duration: Long Term Client: State Client *WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* *Minimum Requirements:* · Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner. · Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users. · Strong background in developing custom .NET applications using C#, JavaScript, CSS, and other applicable tools. · Skilled with Database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL). · Skilled in developing Windows forms and/or web applications. · Skilled in creating web services. · Skilled in using Dev Express and Ajax Control Kit. · Experience with Oracle 11g or higher. · Experience performing and/or coordinating peer reviews. · Strong skills in performing unit testing. · Experience with functional testing of code changes in Integration environments. · Skilled in meeting web accessibility standard WCAG 2.0. · Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies. *Preferences:* · Experience with Health and Human services. · Experience with regulatory systems. · Experience with CLASS, CLASSmate and/or Public & Provider system at HHSC.
