*Duration: 1 Year* We are looking for an *Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant *to utilize their exceptional people-skills to liaison between the business system users and IT at our Fortune 500 client in Waukesha. *What will you do in this role:* Do you frequently look at processes in place and think of ways they can be done easier or more efficiently? Are you creative, energetic, consultative by nature and interested in identifying and solving client business problems? As a full-time Affinity Consultant, you will be an instrumental in helping our client with an Oracle R12 enhancements initiative, working with functional leaders, understanding their requirements, updating modules, then handing off to developers for customization. *Requirements:* 3-5 years of experience with Oracle R12 EBS Techno-Functional projects mainly as a Business Analyst with expertise managing cross functional projects and Operational Support for Oracle EBS Financials domain with experience in ANY of the following: AP, AR, GL, Finance, Supply Chain, pricing, iStore, services, Engineering/ PDH, or related. Advanced functional knowledge for these modules including expertise with enhancement of features/functionalities Should be able to design the solutions for functional requirements. Person should have a strong hands-on experience currently or recent past. Should be capable of developing functional and technical solution documents Must have the ability to multitask and enhance a team environment. Conduct weekly/monthly support team meetings, tracking the key ticket status, improvements, opportunity areas etc. Should have experience of management of the extended teams at Onsite/Offshore/Remote Build relationships with customer teams, application owners and resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Preferred, not required*: Strong technical skills as well with good knowledge of technologies beyond SQL/PLSQL.
