· Responsible for coordinating and implementing Salesforce product enhancements and defect fixes based on requirements gathered from internal stakeholders to address their Salesforce related needs · Perform object and relationship modeling · Create custom fields of all types · Create syntax for Workflow, Triggers and Validation · Security modeling · User management · Reports and dashboards · Salesforce development (Force.com, Apex, Visual Force) · Mentor/Groom existing Salesforce team members Technical Skills: · At least 5 years of Salesforce/Force.com platform experience · Service cloud and data transfer experience · Web Services development, or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.) · Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce · Ability to integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications · Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience · Hands-on knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and SDLC · Experience in an Agile development environment + onshore/offshore model · Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems · Experience employing problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor · Proven client-facing skills including written, presentation and verbal communications skills Desired Skills/Experience · Active Salesforce Developer / Administrator certification (ADM-201, DEV 401/501) · jQuery (or other leading JavaScript libraries) /.Net /Java development experience preferred · Desk.com experience (migration experience most strongly desired) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
