*Job Title : Infra**structure Project Manager * *Duration: **Long term * *Location: Jersey City , NJ* *Description –* • Minimum 12 to 15 years’ experience. • Service Desk and Application production support • Hybrid Cloud Migration & Operations • Manages ITIL based service delivery of large enterprise applications. • Responsible for Incident management, problem management, change management across a set of critical applications. • Estimation and assessment of new application take over and incremental budgets for applications as they increase in size. • Drive Application portfolio rationalization, innovations and automation in the group for benefit realization. • Budgeting, forecasting and revenue recognition and reconciliation of the specific area and ensure drive the team for positive results. • Define right sourcing, performance reviews, staffing and member management. • Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity • Work with onsite delivery executives and transform delivery • Work with the project leads to build capability plans in line with upcoming requirements • Work with client executives and enhance offshore business • Good knowledge of Project Management ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Develop a detailed delivery plan to track progress *What we are looking:* • Strong Delivery Leadership - Manage delivery of multiple projects meeting the key performance objectives. Experience in Managing Complex Projects & Support Engagements. • Customer / Stakeholder Management - Manage the customer discussions/escalations/queries. Will be responsible for maintaining relationship with the customers to ensure personal attention. Connect with customer to get the latest developments / opportunities. Discover client business needs and suggest appropriate solutions. • Account planning - Will be responsible for account planning for the portfolio under him/her.
