*Duration: 12+ Months * The Project Manager will report into a Program Manager. The Project Manager will manage and report on multiple projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management of software development projects. This role will include project planning, tracking, and reporting This role will include: • Planning: Producing and aggregating all necessary software artifacts to support program planning, tracking and decision making • Reporting: Manage/monitoring the overall project schedule, including tracking and reporting on milestones, issues, actions, risks and budget for multiple projects. • Tiered Level Communications. Liaise/coordinate with other Project Managers in same program. • Facilitating agenda and coordinate logistics for regular team meetings. • Ensuring all artifacts are reviewed and are according to standards and guidelines. • Time management system information aggregation, review and reporting • Review and monitoring of testing process and test results • Managing production deployment and maintenance phases of projects • Participating in process improvement activities including process generation, process monitoring/auditing, and metrics collection and reporting. • Achieving successful results while meeting or reducing all budgetary and project costs. The Project Manager is responsible for creation of all project artifacts needed to manage the project team and for generating project reporting information that that is suitable for Program Office and Senior Executive consumption and decision making. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree strongly preferred. Relevant Experience: • Minimum 3 plus years’ overall experience working in software development projects • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management roles. • Must be a self-starter, have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, have ability to learn on the job, and have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. • Demonstrable experience managing projects throughout a full lifecycle (from inception, implementation, deployment and maintenance). • Experience in day-to-day leadership of development teams and driving projects to successful completion • Experience in communicating across global, diversely located organizations; experience in matrix organizations required • Strong presentation skills required • Strong experience with Agile software development practices required • Strong experience with Excel; Power Point; Jira or other requirements management and Scrum Team tools required • Demonstrable experience with project monitoring, issue tracking and online collaboration tools. • Experience in scope prioritization processes • Experience with formal software estimation techniques and/or metrics collection and reporting a plus • Experience with requirements backlog development and elaboration a strong plus *• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and or Lean Project Management a strong plus* • Agile or Scrum Master Certification a plus. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
