No OPT Job Title: Sharepoint Architect Client- Please contact me Location: Seattle, WA Long Term Contract Job Description • Understand various aspects of the existing implementation: Site Collections, Sites, List and Libraries, Pages, My Sites, Workflows, Content Types, Site Columns, Permissions, User Alerts, Retention Policies, Records, Users and Groups used, Large lists or libraries, all files that have a dependency to another file using a URL, Blocked File Types, any other UI customizations JavaScript, altered menus, etc. • Establish an inventory Data, Permissions, Users etc. • Understand the current data sizing, retention policies, content bifurcation requirements • Understand the current and target DR strategy, Backup and Rollback Plan. • Check 3rd party integrations. • Assess Web Application policies, Service Applications. • Identify existing content sources • Understand SharePoint identity scan requirements • Design for various aspects implementation: Site Collections, Sites, List and Libraries, Pages, My Sites, Workflows, Content Types, Site Columns, Permissions, User Alerts, • Prepare all the prerequisites for building new SP 2016 farm on Azure GovCloud • Validate content types, metadata, search, service applications navigational structure, information architecture and security roles. • Document business requirements, wireframes for InfoPath forms, document flows to be migrated • Readiness & Enablement of Migration Infrastructure • Prepare Destination Environment (dev and production) • Install SharePoint Farm on target IaaS Servers • Check desired authentication & authorization rules. • Provisioning service applications. • Build solutions (if any) and redeploy and test • Configure site features, search, business connectivity services • Migrate selected data and test • Migration Status Monitoring • Managing migration dashboard for In-progress and scheduled sites for respective migration waves. • Performing readiness check for scheduled migration. • Check and update Migration issue tracker. • Share weekly Migration status report with stake holders. • User Communication • Create a migration plan for user communications • Provide estimated time windows for the migration • Running Migration Waves • Make source Environment Read-only. • Prepare for SharePoint attach and detach method – (DB backups – transfer and restore) • Using 3rd party tools/PS Scripts for migration and site re-structure. • Re-publish InfoPath forms and modify data connection and rules which are subject to change. • Generate migration status reports • Perform troubleshooting and resolution for issues reported Regards, Prabhlin VBeyond Corporation Hillsborough, New Jersey, USA prabhl...@vbeyond.com Hangout: prabhlin.it.recruit...@gmail.com 908-325-5106 – 202 908-325-5106 WWW.Vbeyond.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
