Implement standard methodologies (e.g. for planning, program, and project management) and help drive adoption of them throughout the Global Information Security organization. The Sr. Manager is also responsible for the standardization, adoption and continuous improvement of the program/project management processes; and achieving alignment with client’s Enterprise Planning & Delivery Management function and coordinating priorities across the organization. Required: Undergraduate degree or 12 additional years of previous professional and related work experience 5+ years project management experience with demonstrated involvement in information technology projects 5+ years of project management experience leading large, matrix teams in a very dynamic environment Bonus Points if: You know everything there is to know about the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) You’re PMP certified You’ve got experience in creating integrated work plans, tracking, financial reconciliation, budget management, status reports, executive level summaries, issues, risks, etc. You’re adept at interpreting complex concepts and translating them into easy-to-understand content You’re a PowerPoint Presentation Expert and have produced work demonstrating experience with infographics and data visualization.
