Positions will based: - Hartford, CT - New York City, NY - Boston, MA *Job Description* Enable Data is looking for Platform Engineers to work on one or more customer projects. Platform Engineers will use a mix of software and systems engineering skills to modernize customer infrastructures with the goal of improving velocity and scalability. We are looking for engineers who can help our clients transform their data centers and optimize the infrastructure utilization and software delivery process for both on-premise and cloud-based deployments. *Responsibilities* - Working directly with clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements. - Manage the design for infrastructure services to enable automated deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. - Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms for customers that will manage containerized applications. - Establish best practices and tooling for containerized applications. - Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to good software design practices. - Support the deployment of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools on top of Kubernetes platforms. - Provide operational support of infrastructure supporting container services. - Participate in production issue investigation and resolution. - Provide guidance and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to streamline and improve adoption of Kubernetes. *Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on work as a software or infrastructure engineer. - 5+ years of software development experience using Python or similar language - 5+ years of experience with software process automation with popular scripting languages (Python, Perl, and/or Ruby). - 2+ years of experience with automation and orchestration of Docker containers with Kubernetes. - 2+ years of experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible. - Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, compute and storage platforms operating production environments - Demonstrated experience installing, operating and troubleshooting a variety of open source technologies. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools and techniques. - Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies. - Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available mission critical service. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently. - Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills. *Thanks&Regards* *Madhukar Reddy* *IT Recruiter2250 Satellite Blvd., * *Suite # 115Duluth, GA 30097Direct: 678-267-3994* *Fax: 678-379-2357* *Office:678 688 4891 ext:203* [email protected] www.acadiatechnologies.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
