*Skills:*

   - 6+ years of experience in Development +/or Support (The profile can
   have either Support or Development experience.
   - Must have at least 2 long term project on WCS - WebSphere Commerce 8/9
   - Debugging | bug fixes & Preparing document on issue details
   - Root cause analysis & business impact analysis
   - Analyse, troubleshoot & resolve incidents
   - Collaborate with other ASO-provided resources (including ASO’s other
   vendors) in case incident has a linkage to these applications
   - For P1 and P2 tickets root cause analysis documents will be shared
   - Nice to have | Pluses - Monitoring tools- Splunk/ Dynatrace
