Just posting here what I mentioned at the COSE meeting earlier this week.

In Section 3 of -cose-countersign-06, the first paragraph ends with a reference to draft-ietf-core-groupcomm-bis.

I believe that draft-ietf-core-oscore-groupcomm is a more appropriate reference, since that's the document where the countersigning actually happens. That was the case until -cose-countersign-05, so I propose to revert the recent reference change.
