Hi all, I have updated the proposal to incorporate the most recent discussions about the HPKE version and mode, see https://github.com/cose-wg/HPKE/pull/10
There are two issues that are still open, namely: 1. Making the kem_id mandatory, as Laurence suggested. 2. Avoiding the polymorphic approach, as Daisuke suggested.
