I think it would be good if the draft registered a code point for BLS signatures with BLS12-381 as well (as defined in draft-irtf-cfrg-bls-signature) I think 48 byte signatures would be a nice addition to COSE reducing signature sizes with 16 bytes compared to ECDSA with P-256.
