Looking at the "COSE Header Parameters" registry, the label 14 is already
taken by "kccs" defined in draft-ietf-lake-edhoc.
(sorry if I missed any plan to change the numbering as part of the
discussion about draft-ietf-cose-cwt-claims-in-headers and
draft-ietf-lake-edhoc)
Since 15 is also going to be taken by the parameter "CWT Claims" defined in
draft-ietf-cose-cwt-claims-in-headers , I guess that 16 would work fine for
"typ".
