I've done one, and I would like to do a cross test, to confirm what I have built is interoperable. https://github.com/transmute-industries/cose/tree/main/test/hpke ^ the code above is experimental, and with high probability filled with critical security issues. Are there any other cose hpke implementations that I can build / call so that I can establish interop test vectors?
