Do you need 15 minutes to present draft-steele-cose-hash-envelope or would 10 
be sufficient?  I'm now getting late-breaking agenda requests and trying to fit 
them in.

I am sorry for the presenter TBDs. Typically, I would present, but I have a 
hard conflict with COSE (that I did not bring to the attention of Secretariat, 
so that one is on me). Nevertheless, we will figure that out on-site at the 
Hackathon (I hope).
