Hi all, To try and reduce the burden on the authors of responding to issue 20
https://github.com/cose-wg/draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs/issues/20 I've raised PR's for each item I believe is actionable from the review. I've tried to make it so they can just be individually rejected as not useful or applied directly and independently. The PR's marked "issue #20" here https://github.com/cose-wg/draft-ietf-cose-merkle-tree-proofs/pulls are my suggestions for how my previous review could be addressed. Even where rejected, I would be super appreciative of even "non normative" responses where peoples time allows.
