Looking at the registry, looks like currently COSE_Key supports
private keys for the following:

- X25519/X448
- Ed25519/Ed448
- NIST P-256/P-384/P-521
- Brainpool P-256/P-320/P-384/P-512
- RSA

Three other key types do not seem to support private keys. However,
two are due to technical reasons and the third looks to be far too
exciting algorithm.

There are plans to add private keys for ML-DSA and SLH-DSA soon.
If native KEM support is added, then ML-DSA will probably get added
too.
