COSE WG, Thanks for the speaking time at this IETF. This is a nudge for anyone who is willing to review and comment on the proposal [1] to add AES-GMAC code points to the COSE Algorithms registry.
One aspect that is not (yet) stated in the document, and was suggested by IANA early review, is that these entries can be allocated in the encoded size 1+2 (less than 2^16). This avoids the more tightly controlled smaller size range and is not critical to the target use for large data volumes where 2 extra bytes is negligible. Thanks for any review comments, Brian S.
