The WG will produce documents for the below proposed and other possible new
attributes that are of interest to or requested by other WGs that are consumers
of COSE, with a general goal to complete the listed work items before adopting
new work

Starting a conversation: doesn't this scope effectively mean that nearly all
attributes are in scope.  What does in mean for there to be "interest ... by
other WGs"?  Does that require a consensus decision from another WG to task
COSE?  Could this text be reduced to just "requested by the WG"?
