Ivo and looked at the results from the WGLC, and they were underwhelming. By
our count, only three people responded requesting publication, which, by
itself, doesn't indicate working group consensus.
We're giving people another week to respond saying that they support (or don't
support) publication of this working group draft. Please reply-all to this
thread.

Envelope specification

WGLC will run for two weeks, ending on Friday, April 18, 2025.
Please review and send any comments or feedback to the working group. Even if
your feedback is "this is ready for publication", please let us know.
