Correct. And application/cose-x509 is fully defined (as a CBOR sequence of encoded COSE_X509 structures). So you just need to define another media type that has the same structure (just reference application/cose-x509 for the structure) but limits the COSE_X509 items in the sequence to those that have the attestation evidence.
