Can you replace "IESG" with "IETF" for the COSE Elliptic Curve registrations in Section 4.2? RFC 7518 requires that the IESG be listed for the JWT registry, so the change controller field in Section 4.1 has to be left as-is. If you have any questions, just let us know.
